清洗计划
The S.R.S.G. 在与众人夺回 Level Zd 37 后就一直策划将据点扩大到各个层级，防止 B.U.C. 杀回马枪将其一网打尽，有趣的是，恰巧 S.R.S.G. 的探索者小队在乘坐 Level Zd 37 的列车并讨论城市时到达并发现了Level Zd 51，这是该层级首次暴露于大众视野之内。
后来，S.R.S.G. 发现并占有了这里，对这里进行了大改造，称为“清洗计划”。
清洗计划于 2023 年 6 月 20 号开始实施，对 LEVEL ZD 51 层级的实体实施大规模的清洗，消除了绝大部分危险的实体。并修整了所有的房屋，在此期间S.R.S.G.建立了他们第一个基地，其他团体也纷纷入驻。
这是该层级首次被发现时的通讯信息：

马嘉铭：也行，反正周围都有值守人员，也出不了什么乱子。
瑞奥：所以你们俩到底是为什么离开 B.S.G. 啊？
李欧：这个……说来话长，反正在那边没把我们当人看，最后干脆溜过来了呗。
马嘉铭：是这样的，说实话我还是更喜欢 S.R.S.G. 的氛围，大家都有干劲，好过跟那帮说不上几句话的死人组队。
瑞奥：确实，虽然这话不好听，但 B.S.G. 有些太保守主义了，他们之前还一直在说我们的计划是在把幸存者的性命填进无底洞里。
李欧：这话倒也不是没有道理，我们跟红星建筑队加起来死了不少人……
马嘉铭：而且萝丝也死了，所以我们队伍才只有3个人。
瑞奥：萝丝……可怜的孩子，她才20岁啊。
（沉默）
李欧：他们的死不会白费的，我们已经控制了将近三分之二的区域，这场战争也该结束了。
瑞奥：或许吧，听说 B.S.G. 和 1024D 的那帮家伙也同意增援了。
李欧：哼！不过是想分杯羹罢了，装什么老好人，我们死伤最惨重的那段时间他们在干嘛？隔岸观火！
马嘉铭：好歹人家愿意帮咱们了，后期死伤也不会那么大了。
（众人来到一间仓库门口）
马嘉铭：我记得这里好像之间是锁着的吧，怎么打开了？
李欧：进去看看，注意周围。
（脚步声，镜头前出现一台巨大机器）
瑞奥：好大！这是个什么玩意！
马嘉铭：好像是一台从未见过的机器，不知道坏没坏。
李欧：最好不要去动，我们还不知道……喂！你在干什么！
马嘉铭：我试试能不能启动。
（马嘉铭把一个拉杆上抬，机器开始发出亮光）
李欧：等一下！
（机器发出一声巨响，把马嘉铭吓了一跳）
瑞奥：该死的，实体被吸引过来了！
李欧：快往后撤，避免被包夹！
（二人爬上机器，开始攻击实体）
（实体的嘶吼声）
李欧：见鬼，太多了！
（一只无面灵扑向了马嘉铭）
李欧：小心！
（惊慌之下，马嘉铭一只手按在了控制台上）
（机器瞬间发出刺眼的绿光）
马嘉铭：啊！
（无面灵扑倒了他，但没有展开攻击，而是疑惑地起身往外走）
马嘉铭：呃？我艹吓死我了！
（实体忽然停下攻击，并离开仓库）
李欧：这是……什么情况？
瑞奥：是这台机器！马嘉铭刚刚启动了它！
李欧：我们好像发现了什么不得了的东西……快报告总部！

S.R.S.G. 调查报告
我们根据视频日志找到了那间仓库，视频中那台机器仍然在那里——它还在运转。
以这台机器为半径15km的范围内，所有的实体都失去了敌意，甚至笑魇和窃皮者都直接从这片区域消失了！如果这台机器真的可以长期运转，对于后室的清洗将会产生巨大的帮助。
这台机器的面板很简单，一个绿色按钮、一个红色按钮、一个拉杆和一个标有数字的旋钮。这个旋钮目前正好指向15附近，推测其与影响范围挂钩。若果真如此，它的影响范围最大可达40km，足以覆盖整个层级。很可惜，这个旋钮目前不知为何被锁死了。
绿色按钮目前处于工作状态，以其特征反推，红色按钮大概会使实体更加狂暴，后续我们会尽力降低红色按钮被按下的风险。
拉杆就是机器开关，目前已锁定在开启状态，无法拉动，锁定原因未知。
目前我们对这台机器的了解仅如此，我们决定将其命名为“天启控制仪”，后续的探索计划将会以天启计划的名称成立专项小组。
这个发现不能告诉他们
综合考虑，我们决定先暂时封锁这里。
有趣的是，我们在另一间厂房里发现了一种神奇的机器，它可以把那些被污染的杏仁水变成一种口感类似于烈性酒精饮料的饮品，并且仍旧具有杏仁水的效果。或许可以称它们为——杏仁伏特加。顺带一提，其它杏仁水同样可以酿造，不过腰果水不行。我们的溯源问题解决了，不知道这种机器在层级内还有几台，但以它的产率看，目前的供给完全能够支撑我们的行动。现在仓库里那一大堆的污染杏仁水都可以搬来了，它将会成为我们战士的慰藉。
