本指导由后室中文维基的授权指导修改而来，在后室ZD分全站强制执行。

需要注意的是，本指导不溯及过往。这意味着2025年10月前发布的不符合本指导的内容将不会被职员删除，但我们鼓励发布者主动将这些内容删除或替换，否则发布者需自行承担有关侵权责任。

总则

授权可以认为是一种用以保护知识产权和脑力劳动成果的行为与方式。授权行为的规范，在这个网站上，通常适用于网站上的创作者，以及创作者使用的内容的原作者。本网站内的一切内容都符合合理使用（Fair use）原则，从最初的概念与构想开始，后室的创作就一直遵循着这些原则。

网站的授权协议

在下文中，我们将发布在网站上的，由网站成员创作的内容称作原创内容；相对应地，我们将在原创内容中被引用的非原创的部分称作非原创内容，这通常包括页面内插入的图片、音频、视频、非原创文本等。

发布在网站上的，包括原创内容和非原创内容在内的任何内容，在发布时会默认视为以 CC BY-SA 3.0
协议¹发布。简单来说，在你的作品被其他人使用时，其必须在使用时附上你的大名，并且将他的作品同样以 CC BY-SA 3.0 协议²发布。同时，你在作品中使用的非原创内容，无论其本身为什么载体，都亦需要以 CC BY-SA 3.0 协议或以与此协议兼容的协议发布。

合理使用原则

剽窃和盗用，即在使用非原创内容时不署名或声称其为原创内容，或者使用了不兼容本站所采用协议的内容，是不可容忍的。
在如上段所述的条件下，协议允许你对媒体内容进行包括但不限于改编、复制、分发等的操作，但必须给原作者署名。抄袭剽窃本质上已经更改了作品³的署名权，违反了我们所使用的协议。

若有抄袭作品发布，站务组将删除此作品，并对发布者实施封禁。同时，对于引用不兼容 CC BY-SA 3.0 协议的非原创内容，或者协议兼容但未遵循协议规范⁴的作品，站务组会视情况进行提醒或警告。

我应该怎么样取得非原创内容的授权？

如果你需要在你的作品里添加非原创内容，请确保它满足下列条件之一：

• 处于公有领域
• 遵循这些协议之一：
  • CC BY-SA 3.0/2.0/2.5⁵
  • CC BY 的任意版本
  • CC0/CC 1.0
  • 其他兼容 CC 协议的授权协议⁶
• 由你本人创作、拍摄或录制
• 由原作者亲自授权⁷

以以下协议发布的非原创内容是禁止使用的：

• 版权所有©（All rights reserved）
• 带有 NC（Non Commercial，非商业性使用）或 ND（No Derivatives，禁止演绎）标识的 CC 协议
• 其他与 CC BY-SA 3.0 不相兼容的协议，例如绝大部分的非“自由文化许可协议”
• 无法找到来源或未声明其所使用的协议

特别地，有许多网站都声称他们提供的图像、音频等资源是“免费使用”的。这并不一定意味着它与 CC BY-SA 3.0 兼容。如果你觉得某个网站的协议可能与后室维基兼容，你可以告诉工作人员，他们会去调查。否则，请勿使用该网站特有协议下的任何内容。

不同的内容有不同的限制吗？在哪找到符合规定的内容？

上一条所列举的可被使用的授权协议几乎适用于所有情况，但不同类型的媒体内容也有更多兼容本站所使用协议的授权协议，或是有更加严苛的限制。本条将分类地且更详细地列举哪些授权协议可以被使用，同时为你提供部分可以找到符合这些协议的内容的途径。

图像

除上文所述协议外，允许使用的图像授权协议或特定类型的图片如下：

• Unsplash 协议
• 明确指出版权为生成者所有的 AI 生成图
• 原创照片与艺作⁸

不允许使用的图片授权协议或特定类型的图片如下：

• 直接通过百度、搜狗、必应等搜索引擎获得的图像
• 保留版权或未说明版权归属的AI生成图
• 上一条所列出的所有禁止使用的内容

较为特殊的图像协议：

• Pixabay 协议：该协议拥有一个“人像与私产发布”条款。该条款并不允许可辨识人像、私有财产或者产品的图像被使用。这意味着你不可以使用描绘房子、标志或者是某人面部的 Pixabay 图像，除非它被编辑得面目全非。
• Pexels 协议：该协议禁止身份可识别的人物不得以不佳形象或冒犯方式出现。为杜绝版权纠纷，本站不得使用来自 Pexels 网站的可辨识人像图片，除非它被编辑得面目全非。

音频

除上文所述协议外，允许使用的音频资源一般符合以下条件：

• 作者著作权已过期（一般是过世后50年）的音乐，但有一些限制⁹

符合以下协议或情形的音频不得在本站使用：

• 直接通过百度、搜狗、必应等搜索引擎获得的音频
• 直接在网易云音乐、酷狗音乐、QQ音乐等第三方平台下载的音乐¹⁰
• 保留版权或未说明版权归属的音频
• 上一条所列出的所有禁止使用的内容

使用以上网站内的声音时，其中某些页面会标识该音乐的CC协议，请使用者自行判别！

字体

你所使用的字体需要遵守 SIL OFL 协议（SIL Open Font License，SIL 开放字体协议）的任意版本。须注意，并非所有标注“免费商用”的字体都可以在后室中使用，因为这些字体可能无法出具相关协议，不具有法律效益，或拥有更多的额外限制。

最简单的查找字体的网站为谷歌字体，其上的所有字体均遵守 SIL OFL 1.1 协议，并且能够最简单地使用网络地址引用字体，无需下载。

你也可以使用其他遵守该协议的字体，但要记住所有字体都需要出示下载或引用来源。若使用自制字体，则需声明字体制作软件名称，并同意将该款字体以SIL OFL 1.1协议发布。

其他说明

我可以用别人的创意或点子来撰写文章吗？

除非得到许可，否则严禁在层级或者任何后室相关内容中使用他人的创意。请谨记本维基并没有盗用和剽窃的容身之处，且你很可能因这些行为受到上至永久封禁的处分。

更多限制的特殊协议

有一些协议比 CC BY-SA 3.0 协议更强，比方说较 CC BY-SA 3.0 协议还额外增加了禁止商用的限制之类。这种协议可以应用在你发布于本站的作品上，但是网站职员不负责维护它们。比方说，你发布于 CC BY-NC-ND 协议下的一篇艺术作品被人用于商业用途，职员方面无法负责交涉。职员能够协助维权的范围，仅限于 CC BY-SA 3.0 或更弱的许可证，这点也请谅解。 换句话说，你要是想应用比 CC BY-SA 3.0 协议更强的许可证，只能是防君子不防小人。
