Level Zd 22是后室Zd层群的第23层。

描述

该层级的外观形似一家精神病院，共分为五个主区域和一个隐秘区域¹，面积十分广大。该层级室温恒温为20℃，最高温度可达28℃。该层级拥有精神危害，不建议流浪者进入。

A区的楼梯。

A区：

A区为候诊大厅，其中有少量精神失常的无面灵和一些护士无面灵，在该区域内流浪者的理智不会损耗，建议流浪者将此区域当作大本营以便完成探索任务。
候诊大厅中通常含有自助售货机，自助售货机中有杏仁水。流浪者可以在咨询台中找到火盐，滋水枪和注射器，从A区直走会来到B区。

B区：

B区为诊室楼，从此区域开始，流浪者会开始损耗理智。此区域拥有中等数量的无面灵，诊室中拥有少量药品²。B.S.G从此区域开始设置防护，以免流浪者误入住院部，引起不必要的伤亡。

医护人员办公区：

办公区设有密码门，暂时无法探索。
密码门无法强行拆除，多次尝试拆除密码门会导致该层级的实体变得暴躁，B.S.G已明令禁止靠近办公区。请不要对其使用暴力。

住院部：

从该区域开始，流浪者会大量损耗理智，严重会导致精神失常，该区域被禁止进入。
住院部由多个房间组成，且房间内拥有不知名仪器，病床上通常躺有无面灵或尸体，房间内有大量喷溅状血液。住院部有大量精神失常的无面灵，极度危险。

停车场：

目前已知流浪者一旦进入此区域，就会产生暴力倾向，且精神失常。其他内容未知。

隐秘区域(生化区)：

隐秘区域于2022年被发现，该区域为一间实验室，貌似正在拿无面灵做一些病毒实验，该区域不安全，不建议流浪者进入。目前没有任何关于此区域内实验的资料。
